We specialise in creating unforgettable destination weddings. The RoleWe are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to join our team on a maternity leave contract. This is a critical role responsible for maximising wedding bookings and ensuring the venue maintains full occupancy across all available dates. You will take full ownership of the wedding sales pipelinefrom initial enquiry through to confirmed bookingwhile delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage all incoming wedding enquiries and convert them into bookings Proactively contact leads and schedule venue inspections Conduct in-person and virtual tours (phone, Zoom, and social platforms) Plan and host open house events Maintain strong forward bookings, ensuring the venue is booked 12 months in advance Collaborate closely with the Brand Development Manager to drive enquiry volume Work with senior leadership to identify and implement sales strategies Track and report on all sales activity and performance metrics About You Proven experience in sales (weddings, events, hospitality, or similar preferred) Confident communicator with strong closing skills Highly organised and self-motivated Comfortable hosting tours and presenting to clients Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking is advantageous What We Offer Opportunity to work in a beautiful, unique wedding venue Supportive and focused team environment Clear KPIs and autonomy in your role Competitive salary (based on experience) Contract Details Maternity leave cover (duration to be confirmed) Immediate start preferred If youre passionate about sales and love helping couples bring their dream weddings to life, wed love to hear from you.
