About the role -BAO Observe, analyse, and engage with passengers to identify and respond to unusual or high-risk behaviour patterns in international departures. Conduct discreet assessments of relevant travel documentation. Accurately document incidents and support ongoing security awareness. Uphold high customer service and professional standards while participating in security reviews and training activities. Actively contribute to a safe, inclusive airport environment. Key Responsibilities Complete thorough screening and inspections of property, catering items, and aircraft. Oversee access control and verify travel documentation at designated checkpoints. Record and maintain accurate security logs. Provide professional customer service, assist with lost property, and respond to queries. Support health, safety, and operational procedures, including regular training and compliance activities. Excellent observation, communication, and conflict management skills. Capacity for discretion, initiative, and professionalism. What Youll Bring Essential: Ability to obtain an ASIC Card. Security Licence (relevant state or territory). Effective communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work various shifts. Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality. Customer service experience, preferably in regulated environments or aviation security. Desirable: Previous experience in airport security or similar settings. Why Join Us?
