What Youll Be Doing As a Trainee Building Manager, youll learn the ropes from our experienced team while taking on meaningful responsibilities, including: Supporting the day-to-day management of Unit Plans handling resident enquiries, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance.Conducting regular property inspections and spotting issues before they become problems.Preparing clear, professional reports to support ongoing property management.Working closely with owners, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.Delivering exceptional customer service and building trusted relationships.
