KILMARTIN PHARMACY PHARMACY ASSISTANT Part-time or Full-time | Permanent | Seymour, Victoria ABOUT US Kilmartin Pharmacy has served the Seymour community for over 50 years. We are a small, high performing community pharmacy with non negotiable standards and a team that takes that seriously. ABOUT THE ROLE You will work across our front-of-shop team serving customers, managing products and stock, and supporting our pharmacists to deliver the best possible patient care. For the right person, this role has a clear pathway into dispensary work and dose administration aid (DAA) packing over time. We are a small team and every person counts. The work you do directly affects patient outcomes in our community. YOUR HOURS We operate across weekdays and rotating Saturday mornings (9:00 12:30). The role requires three to four weekday shifts per week plus your rostered Saturday rotations. We need team members who are genuinely available for these hours not just available in theory. Availability mismatches are the most common reason a new hire doesn''t work out here. If your availability is limited or likely to change, please be upfront about that in your application. WHAT YOU''LL DO Welcome customers and manage their experience, especially while they wait for prescriptions Respond confidently to product and general health enquiries Process payments accurately and maintain register balances Manage product displays, shelf maintenance, and stock control Support the dispensary and pharmacist team with day-to-day tasks as required WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR Experience in pharmacy is helpful but not required for entry-level positions. What matters more is how you work.
