Boutique Disability Services is expanding and we are currently seeking an exceptional Support Worker to support NDIS participants across the Rockingham area. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people live more connected, independent lives through social and community access, meaningful support, and respectful personal care. For the right applicant, this role will start at a minimum of 10 hours per week with the opportunity to grow to 2030 hours as our clients supports expand. About the role You will be supporting participants to build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections in their community. Supports may include: Social and community access (shopping, appointments, recreational activities, events) Supporting participation in hobbies, interests, and community activities Building daily living skills and routines Transport within the community Encouraging independence, choice, and control Communicating clearly with participants, families, and the support team Providing respectful and person-centred personal care Personal care support may include Assistance with showering, dressing, grooming and hygiene Toileting support where required Mobility support and transfers (where applicable) Respectful prompting and assistance to maintain independence and dignity Experience with personal care is highly regarded, however applicants with the right values, attitude and willingness to learn will be supported with guidance and training. Hours & Availability Starting from 10 hours per week Opportunity to increase hours for the right applicant as supports expand Availability across daytime, evenings and occasional weekends preferred Work across the Mandurah to Fremantle corridor What were looking for (essential) Experience supporting people with disability in social and community access A calm, respectful and reliable approach Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Ability to build trusting, long-term relationships with participants Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check if applicable (or willingness to obtain) Drivers licence and reliable vehicle First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain) Strong understanding of professional boundaries and participant dignity Why work with Boutique Disability Services?
