The role is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, delivering evidence based and family inclusive interventions, and coordinating recovery oriented care aimed at reducing the duration of untreated psychosis. Working as a key member of the multidisciplinary Early Psychosis team, the clinician develops individualised care plans that address both clinical and cultural needs, including the impact of intergenerational trauma and cultural disconnection.
