Job Description: As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients across various commercial properties. This includes offices, retail spaces, and other business facilities. Your duties will involve routine cleaning tasks and ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness. Available positions: 1- PartTime Commercial Cleaner Kwinana (after hours, 3 days/week)Approx. 6:00 pm9:20 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at an industrialstyle facility in Kwinana. Afterhours, keyinhand role, responsible for full site lockup and alarm on completion. 2- PartTime Commercial Cleaner Kwinana (after hours, 5 days/week)Approx. 6:00 pm10:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday & Wednesday 6:00pm - 9pm. at an industrialstyle facility in Kwinana. Afterhours, keyinhand role, responsible for full site lockup and alarm on completion. 3- PartTime Commercial Cleaner Rockingham (after hours, 3 days/week)Approx. 6:00 pm9:00 pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. At an industrialstyle facility in Rockingham. Afterhours, keyinhand role, responsible for full site lockup and alarm on completion. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.- Clean and restock restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.- Empty trash bins and replace liners.- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored correctly.- Respond to client requests and address any issues promptly and professionally. Requirements: - Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.- Reliable transportation to various work sites.- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company procedures.- Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.- Valid working rights in Australia accepted for all eligible candidates.
