At Belouis, were expanding our head office call centre and looking for experienced Appointment Setters to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone with call centre sales or appointment setting experience who enjoys speaking with clients and working in a fast-paced environment. What Makes This Role Different No cold calling youll be speaking with existing clients from our database Guaranteed hours (3540 per week) Competitive pay + commissions Work alongside experienced consultants and leaders Stable long-term opportunity with career progression Your Role As an Appointment Setter in our Outbound Rescheduling Team, your job will be to manage and rebook appointments for our large team of consultants across Australia. Daily tasks include: Calling clients from our existing database Rescheduling online appointments Speaking with clients and confirming availability Coordinating bookings for consultants Updating appointment details in our system Youll play a key role in keeping our consultants calendars full and ensuring clients are properly scheduled. PLEASE NOTE: This is a casual role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time long-term career. What Were Looking For Were looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people and working toward results. Requirements 1+ years call centre experience Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting Strong communication and rapport-building skills Good computer and administration skills High attention to detail Self-motivated and reliable This role suits someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and motivated to perform.
