We are seeking a motivated and reliable Nursery Hand to join our busy production nursery in Jamberoo. This is a full-time position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has a genuine interest in plants and the environment. About the RoleAs a Nursery Hand, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of a production nursery, assisting with plant care, propagation, and general maintenance to ensure high-quality stock is produced. Key Responsibilities Planting, potting, and spacing of nursery stock Watering, fertilising, and general plant care and stock maintenance Monitoring plant health and reporting issues Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas Assisting with order preparation and dispatch Essential Criteria Strong attention to detail Excellent health and fitness level (role involves manual outdoor work) Genuine interest in horticulture and the environment Ability to work effectively within a team Good communication skills MR truck licence desirable not essential What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Supportive team environment Opportunity to develop skills in the horticulture industry Work in a beautiful rural setting in Jamberoo If you are hardworking, dependable, and passionate about plants, we would love to hear from you.
