Chatting with guests and helping them book amazing Queensland getaways Handling reservations via phone, email and online with a smile Assisting with booking changes, cancellations and general enquiries Working with groups, corporate clients & travel agents to tailor travel packages Creating custom quotes that hit the mark Cross-selling and up-selling accommodation, day tours and extras We''d Love to Hear from You If You... Are a confident, friendly communicator especially on the phone Have a can-do attitude and love working in a team Bring a polished, professional vibe and top-notch customer service Learn fast, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a busy environment Have previous experience in travel/reservations (REI Master = a big bonus!) Have sales experience or a knack for cross-selling highly desirable! Hold current Australian work rights The Role Full-time positions (weekday and weekend shifts between 8am7pm) Based in our Robina office no remote work, but plenty of team fun!
