Role Responsibilities: Assist existing Construction Admin and National Construction Manager by preparing reports on performance metrics. Maintain regular communication and follow-up with builders/clients and prompt responses to support and maintain long-term relationships. Process build contract requests, update internal CRM with stock release and client contact information, communicate finance approvals, settlements and terminations to all relevant parties. Process all build contract progress claims received from builders and liaise with clients, their financier and the builder in relation to payment of those claims including the follow up of those claims to ensure timely payment. Request Depreciation Reports and Schedule all inspections on clients homes to ensure build quality standards are upheld. Review plans and inclusions to ensure continuity and update internal CRM as build progresses through each stage Liaise between the Finance, Legal, Sales and Acquisition departments to answer any client or external party questions. What We''re Looking For: Highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills. Proactive, driven, and eager to learn with strong initiative. Comfortable managing multiple tasks. Previous experience in administration and/or customer facing roles preferred. Experience in construction or property related industry and roles looked upon favourably but not essential.
