Working within a multidisciplinary team, youll provide professional, compassionate care that promotes health, recovery and wellbeing.Your responsibilities include:Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care in partnership with patients and familiesDelivering recovery-oriented services to patients with acute and persistent mental illnessCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams and community services to ensure seamless careSupervising and supporting Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, and students on placementPromoting evidence-based practice and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiativesEssential RequirementsRegistration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Selection Criteria:Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD.Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.Ready to make a difference?Join Western Sydney Local Health District and be part of a workforce where your skills, compassion, and commitment to patient care are valued.
