We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves supporting participant with community access to appointments, household duties and assistance with whatever is needed. Experience with ADHD and ASD highly regarded. Supports needed but not limited to Monday-Friday 5hrs with availability for possible shifts on weekends to the right candidate. *Female supports preferred* Key Responsibilities Provide support with all activities of daily living, including personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, grooming) as required Assist with mobility and manual handling (where required) Support participants with community access, including appointments, social outings, and recreational activities Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning and laundry Administer or assist with medication (where trained and authorised) Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Communicate effectively with participants, families, and the broader support team Minimum Requirements Certificate III in individual support (Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Valid Drivers License and reliable, insured vehicle Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (Blue Card) Ability to perform personal care and manual handling tasks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Basic understanding of disability support and person-centred care Desirable Skills and Experience (Highly Regarded) Previous experience in disability or community support work Experience supporting participants with complex, mental health or high-care needs Manual handling and medication competency Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and Reliability What We Offer Flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle Supportive and inclusive team environment Opportunities for training and ongoing development Rewarding role making a meaningful impact in the community How to Apply Submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us a bit about yourself and experience you have.
