Based in our Gold Coast office, you will lead a high-performing call team, convert warm leads into strategy session bookings, and play a pivotal role in our clients investment journeys from first contact. What you will do Engage predominantly warm inbound leads to qualify interest and book them into personalised property strategy sessions with our advisors Lead, coach, and mentor a call team of up to five staff, setting performance expectations and conducting regular one-on-one reviews Drive team KPIs including contact rates, lead conversion rates, and booking targets to achieve individual and collective monthly goals Handle customer service and general enquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive client experience at every touchpoint Monitor and maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure all administration is kept current and up to date by the team (Salesforce experience preferred) Report on team performance metrics to senior leadership and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Foster a positive, motivated, and accountable team culture aligned with company values Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead flow and conversion What you will bring Proven experience in a call centre, telesales, or phone-based client engagement role Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience, with the ability to motivate and develop others Strong communication skills confident, warm, and persuasive on the phone A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record-keeping and CRM hygiene Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform (highly regarded) Interest in property, finance, or wealth creation is advantageous Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven environment Who you are A natural communicator who builds rapport quickly and genuinely enjoys helping people Someone who leads by example you hold yourself to the same standard you set for your team A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes rather than waiting to be directed Resilient and positive, with the ability to bounce back and keep your team energised Organised and administratively disciplined you know follow-through is as important as the conversation Curious and coachable, always looking to improve your skills and those around you Renumeration Compensation structure includes a competitive base salary and generous monthly individual performance-based commissions, plus monthly team bonus if performance KPIs are exceeded.
