Why this role matters The Salvation Army delivers a broad range of AOD and harmreduction services across Australia, supporting individuals on their recovery journey with dignity and respect. We are seeking a valuesdriven, proactive Criminal Justice Worker to support clients involved in the criminal justice system through tailored interventions, case management and personled recovery support. This is a permanent fulltime role, based in Central Coast, with salary and conditions aligned to the SCHADS Award Level 4. About the role As a Criminal Justice Worker, you will: Deliver tailored interventions to Criminal Justice Clients Provide daytoday service delivery including education, group work, assessment, referral and case work Develop, monitor and document individual treatment plans Maintain accurate case notes, reports and data collection Work collaboratively with internal and external services Support continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery Undertake additional duties as required by leadership Build strong knowledge of referral pathways and support options About you You will bring compassion, professionalism and a commitment to supporting people experiencing AOD issues, gambling harm and mental health challenges.
