About the Role Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Catholic Identity and Mission Officer provides strategic leadership to: Lead and embed Catholic identity across all aspects of system lifelearning, culture, leadership and community engagement Oversee Religious Education curriculum, pedagogy and accreditation Drive faith formation for leaders and staff Strengthen partnerships with parishes, clergy and Catholic agencies Contribute to whole-of-organisation strategy and cross-functional leadership This is a role of both spiritual leadership and executive influence, ensuring Catholic education is a lived expression of the Gospel in a contemporary context.
