About the Role Based in our Kiama office, youll support our construction team by managing build schedules, coordinating trades, and keeping projects running to program across multiple residential sites. This role is ideal for someone with a carpentry, site supervisor, or construction background who wants to transition into a more structured, office-based role while staying closely connected to site operations. Youll work alongside an experienced team, learning the systems and processes behind programming, sequencing, and delivering efficient residential builds. Key Responsibilities Developing and maintaining construction schedules across multiple projects Coordinating trades and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow Monitoring site progress and adjusting programs to minimise delays Communicating upcoming works with area managers and trades Identifying risks to timelines and proactively resolving issues Supporting procurement and planning to keep jobs on track Who Were Looking For While not essential, this role would suit someone with a carpentry or construction background looking to step into a planning-focused role.
