About the role: This is a dual role: 80% of the day will be spent calling warm leads to convert sales for a range of lottery clients where members go in 6 major draws a year to win $45,000-$60,000 worth of prizes + weekly a weekly draw of $1,000. All proceeds from the lottery campaign go to Australian Charities. 20% of the day will be answering inbound calls to conduct compliance checks for sales made by our face-to-face teams. Hours: This is a casual role, option for full time after 6 Months. 20-35 hours per week depending on performance. Who are we looking for?
