About the Role As a PCA, you will be providing essential daily care and support to residents in aged care homes, ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort. Our partnered facilities in Mandurah, Singleton and South Bunbury offer consistent and ongoing shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care (showering, grooming, toileting, dressing) Assist with mobility, transfers & manual handling Support residents with meals, hydration & daily routines Record observations and report changes to nursing staff Provide social support and companionship Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment Follow infection control and aged care safety protocols Work collaboratively with RNs, ENs, and facility teams Requirements Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent Minimum 6 months aged care experience Current National Police Check Valid First Aid & CPR Manual Handling competency Flu & COVID-19 vaccinations (as required by facilities) Kind, patient and resident-focused approach Good communication skills and ability to follow care plans Reliability we love people who turn up on time and genuinely care Why Choose Nurselink Healthcare?
