Positions Available We are seeking experienced candidates for the roles of Practice Manager and Medical Receptionist''s. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available for the right candidate. About Your Role As our Practice Manager, you will: Oversee the daily operations of a busy GP Clinic Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team Drive efficiency, growth and patient experience excellence Implement systems, workflows and best practices from the ground up Work closely with doctors to build a thriving practice culture Skills Required: Proven management experience in General Practice or healthcare management Proven experience in financial management, human resources and practice accreditation compliance is highly desirable Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations Confidence with billing, Medicare and compliance As our Medical Receptionist, you will: Greet patients with a warm and professional manner Manage appointments and phone enquiries Handle billing and administrative tasks Skills Required: Minimum 1 year Medical Receptionist experience Best Practice Software experience highly desirable Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively in a team environment Have exceptional communication and people skills Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Why join us?
