Support Worker (Overview) Support Pathways is looking for Support Workers for regular shifts in the Bendigo area. Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our participants! We currently have opportunities available across multiple locations within Victoria. Are you an experienced, reliable and empathetic Support Worker who wants to make a difference in peoples lives? Support Pathways are looking for candidates that want to assist participants to achieve their goals and live their way. Our ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the wellbeing & inclusion of people with psychosocial disabilities. Particpant requirements: Someone who is caring a can take lead while on shifts but not take over. This person know''s Bendigo well can suggest low cost activcties Shift details: Supporting our particpants at their home and taking them out in the community including prompting and assitances with house hold activities.
