An exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Permanent Childcare Room Leader to join our Centre. We are seeking a dedicated employee with the drive to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. Our centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a specialised School Readiness program. Your skills and qualifications should include: Holding a Diploma in Childrens Services, or willing to work towards A current Working with Children Check First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis A strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A friendly and energetic personality Great teamwork & family focus Dedicated to developing the future of children Your key priorities will be to: Assist the Educators daily/weekly planning and objectives Planning learning environments, setting up activities, preparing and cleaning away materials and supplies Evaluate programming when required Completing the day book Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times Our staff benefits are: A rewarding team culture Professional development Supportive management Part of a network of sister services If you are serious about your career, apply with us now!
