This role will deliver exceptional customer service, foster student engagement, and play a key role in implementing the Wurreker Strategy. This role plays a vital part in creating a culturally safe and welcoming environment for students, while also supporting staff with administrative tasks, event coordination, and classroom preparation. Reporting to the Koorie Strategic Relationship Manager, youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, assist with transport arrangements for students, and help connect learners with the services they need to succeed. If you''re passionate about community engagement, student support, and making a real difference in the lives of Koorie and youth learners, wed love to hear from you.Your responsibilities will include: Liaise with stakeholders to provide agenda and meeting notes for internal and external meeting and planning sessions. Attend internal & external meetings in the capacity of minute taker. Complete & distribute minutes within required timeframes. Respond to all general email and phone enquiries in a professional timely manner. Provide assistance with preparing classroom for learning activities. Provide general support for Dulka Yuppata events of significance eg. NAIDOC. Provide a professional face to face reception presence at the Dulka Yuppata Centre. Act as a daily point of contact for students, teachers and staff. Arrange appointments with internal and external stakeholders to support process requirements. Demonstrated understanding of local Indigenous culture and the ability to communicate effectively to support Indigenous people. Relevant experience in a customer service/business environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Valid drivers license.
