In your response, outline your current AHPRA registration, how you provide safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care in environments of minimal supervision and rapid change, and your experience in visual acuity screening and delivering the StEPS program.Provide an example that demonstrates your ability to communicate effectively with patients/consumers, carers and the multidisciplinary team. Include how you use computer systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, eMR), resolve conflict professionally, apply critical thinking and data collection tools, and contribute to risk management, WHS and quality improvement activities.Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver''s license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
