MANAGEMENT COUPLE - Litchfield Outback Resort NT Iconic Top End Destination | Gateway to Litchfield National ParkFull-Time Permanent Role | On-Site Accommodation Available Litchfield Outback Resort is located in Batchelor, Northern Territory, at the gateway to Litchfield National Park. This well-known Territory destination offers accommodation, bar and bistro dining, function facilities, gaming, and a vibrant social atmosphere catering to tourists, contractors and locals alike. An exciting opportunity is available for a hands-on Management Couple to lead all operational aspects of the venue, overseeing accommodation, bar, restaurant, gaming and grounds while guiding and supporting a diverse team. The Opportunity This role will suit an experienced management couple who thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and enjoy leading from the front. You will take responsibility for: Managing day-to-day operations in a hands-on capacity across accommodation, bar, bistro, gaming and fuel Leading, training and mentoring a diverse team of up to 10 staff Delivering high standards of customer service and guest experience Managing rosters, wage control and daily reporting Stock control, ordering, supplier liaison and stocktakes Financial oversight including cash handling, budgets and cost management Overseeing gaming and liquor compliance requirements Managing preventative maintenance and coordinating contractors Building strong relationships with local suppliers and community members This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is confident across all aspects of hospitality operations and comfortable making decisions independently. About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven management experience in hospitality, roadhouses or remote/regional venues Strong food & beverage and accommodation management knowledge Experience managing budgets, wages and operational reporting Excellent leadership and team development skills Solid administrative and computer skills (Microsoft Office; RMS experience highly regarded) Current Drivers Licence NT RSA & RSG (or willingness to obtain) A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to adapt in a regional environment Experience in remote operations will be highly regarded.
