Gaming Manager | Lasseters Hotel Casino, Alice Springs, NT Employer: IRIS Capital Lasseters Hotel Casino Position Type: Full-Time Location: Alice Springs, NT Salary: From $140,000 per annum (dependent on experience and skillset) Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and strategic Gaming Manager to lead all Gaming Operations across our casino floor. Reporting directly to the COO, this senior leadership role is responsible for operational excellence, compliance, financial performance, and team leadership across Electronic Gaming, Table Games, Loyalty/VIP engagement, TAB and Keno operations. We are looking for a confident and visible leader who thrives in a dynamic casino environment and can drive performance while maintaining the highest standards of responsible gambling, guest experience, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage operational and strategic performance across EG, Table Games, TAB, Keno and Loyalty/VIP Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, licence conditions, internal controls and responsible gambling obligations Drive guest experience standards and maintain a strong, visible leadership presence on the gaming floor Oversee Gaming leadership teams, including staffing, rostering, training and performance Manage operational risk, incident response, investigations, and reporting Deliver financial and commercial outcomes, including budgeting, wage control and performance reporting Collaborate with Security, Surveillance, Finance, Marketing, Hotel and F&B departments Lead continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and culture What Were Looking For Extensive experience in casino or gaming leadership (EG / Table Games / TAB / Keno) Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and responsible gambling obligations Proven people leadership and operational management capability Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics Highly professional, calm and decisive leadership style Friendly and approachable, engaging with staff and members and a familiar face on the gaming floor Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work flexibly across a 24/7 operation when required We Offer Supportive and professional leadership environment Staff discounts across Lasseters operations Health Club & Day Spa discounts IHG Employee Benefits Program Training and development opportunities Apply Now If you are a proven Gaming leader ready to take the next step into an executive role at Lasseters, we would like to hear from you.
