Key Responsibilities will include:- Managing and liaising with 30 tenants Implementing and overseeing maintenance and cleaning schedules. Organising trades and approving quotes. Being prepared to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts on rare occasion The successful applicant will have:- At least 1 year''s experience as a property manager in commercial real estate Impeccable organisation skills A motivated, hands on approach, working alongside tradesmen supervising We are offering an attractive package for the right person.
