About the Opportunity As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver nursing services across community settings, undertaking assessments,developingand reviewing care plans, providing clinical interventions, and supporting smooth transitions of care. You will also support quality,complianceand continuous improvement activities,maintainingprofessional accountability for your own practice and delegated activities. About You You are a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse whodemonstratessound clinical judgement, a strongpersoncentredapproach, and the ability to work effectively in acommunitybasedenvironment.
