Were looking for a passionate Gardener who loves working outdoors, takes pride in their craft, and wants to contribute to a welcoming, wellmaintained environment for patients, visitors, and staff.As part of our Grounds Maintenance team, youll help keep the campus vibrant, healthy, and inviting through a variety of horticultural and landscaping tasks. Youll work closely with the Grounds Supervisor and maintenance team to deliver highquality gardening services across the site.Key responsibilitiesPlanting, pruning, shaping, and caring for trees, shrubs, and garden beds.Maintaining gardens, lawns, landscaped areas, and ensuring the campus stays clean and appealing.Performing planned and reactive gardening, irrigation, and landscaping work.Contributing to garden layout and landscape design ideas.Supporting the maintenance team with general operational needs.What youll bringQualifications and handson experience in landscape gardening and safe manual labour.Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction.Basic Microsoft Office and email skills.A commitment to great service, teamwork, and HealthShare NSW values.What makes you a great fitYou love being outdoors, creating beautiful spaces, and seeing the impact of your work every day.
