Firebox Australia is a leading supplier of fire protection equipment. Our Beresfield branch is looking for a reliable, honest and motivated team member with a can-do attitude. This is a driver-focused role, supported by warehouse duties when not on the road. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, takes pride in their work, and is seeking long-term employment within a strong team environment. About the Role This is a hands-on position where your primary responsibility is completing deliveries using our automatic LDV long wheel base van, up to 3 days per week. When not driving, you will assist with warehouse operations including picking, packing, stock control and general branch duties. Key Responsibilities Deliveries driving automatic vehicle up to 3 days per week Driving an automatic LDV long wheel base van Hand unloading of goods at delivery sites Ability to lift between 10kg to 15kg Unload containers and incoming stock Stock control including unloading deliveries, restocking shelves and picking and packing orders Assist with assembling, testing and servicing products where required General ad hoc duties around the branch as needed Use computer systems to receive goods and manage shipping What Were Looking For A can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Honest, reliable and punctual Strong focus on safety and care when driving Physically fit and in good health A team player who relates well to others Well spoken and well presented High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both autonomously and within a tight knit team Basic computer literacy Requirements Current drivers licence is essential Valid forklift licence is required Experience in warehousing, delivery driving, retail or customer service environment Full Australian working rights What We Offer Full training provided Supportive team environment Stable, long term opportunity Career progression for the right candidate If you are a dependable driver who enjoys being part of a team and is willing to pitch in across all areas of the business, we would like to hear from you.
