Management of the Wardsperson Department includes ensuring effective service delivery and creating a performance based, innovative, responsive and accountable customer focused culture.The incumbent overall supports the organisation, ensuring patient and staff safety through the provision of best practice soft facilities management.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:Demonstrated effective written communication.
