With production scaling rapidly, theyre looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to take control of daily execution and ensure the plan turns into performance safely, efficiently, and right the first time. This role sits right in the middle of the action. Youll lead from the floor, not the office. Balancing labour, solving problems in real time, and making sure every part of the line is running to standard. Because strong production isnt just planned its executed, owned, and improved every shift. Reporting to the Production Manager, youll take ownership of shift-level execution across key work centres ensuring targets are met, standards are upheld, and problems are solved before they escalate. Your focus will be on: Youve already led within a production or manufacturing environment and understand what strong execution actually looks like.
