We are a BAU squad, and this role will be responsible for the development of a core Revenue NSW application using salesforce platform.Do you want to Modernise systems towards the latest technology stacksMake an impact to the lives of 8 million+ people in NSWWork in an inclusive and flexible hybrid-environment, with endless opportunities to growIn this role, you will lead and guide developers while also directly contributing to the development of Revenues Salesforce applications.Your day-to-dayParticipate in daily team standups, provide updates and coordinate internally with the development team regarding work tasks.Liaise with your Principal developer to prioritize development work and highlight any issues/blockers, if encountered.Seek expert opinion on the completed work and then assign it to the QA team.Liaise with BAs & QAs to make sure the assigned user story is developed as per the requirements and issues/bugs are addressed on priority.Key accountabilitiesInvolvement in the design, development, testing and support of Revenue NSW Salesforce applications.Provision of technical advice and support to stakeholders when required.Experience in designing, configuring, building, and implementing Salesforce applications, using the declarative customization capabilities of the platform.Ability to map client''s functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down high-level information into details.Ability to work closely with a team of Architects, Developers from different disciplines as well as Business AnalystTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate:Experience with Omni Studio, Data raptors, Omni scripts and Flex cards is desirable.Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certifications are essential and any other Salesforce certifications are highly regarded.Experience in continuous delivery and deployment pipeline is desirable.Solid experience in Salesforce configuration, REST API integration, Apex scripting, SOQL, Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI and Lightning Web Components (LWC).How to applyPleasesubmitan up-to-date resume and a brief cover letter outlining how your skills and experience are aligned to the role.For enquiriesregardingthis position, please contact Asad Shairani viaAbout Revenue NSWRevenue NSW is the states principal revenue management agency and is part of the Department of Customer Service.Revenue Digital provides a suite of contemporary digital services for NSW Government customers and staff that administer grants, resolvefinesand collect revenue for the State in a fair,efficientandtimelymanner.We do this in line with legislation, customerexpectationsand industry best practices, to make it easier for over 100,000 businesses and more than three million individuals to interact with the NSW Government.
