The Shellharbour Club are searching for motivated Part-time Gaming Attendants who are customer focused, engaging and passionate about developing a career within the hospitality industry. The Role: As a Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for the following: Providing a high level of customer service ensuring our patrons comfort is at a premium standard. Wait service, including the delivery of beverages to patrons within the gaming rooms. Completion of payout dockets and fixing minor gaming machine faults. Ensuring the gaming room cleanliness is maintained at the highest standard at all times. Key skills and experience for the role: Current RSA and RCG qualifications. Current ARCG or willing to obtain. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills. Good working knowledge of WH&S principles and the ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours. Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, particularly late shifts as we trade until 4am and 6am.
