This is a physically demanding role requiring strength and hands-on work. About the roleWarroo Game Meats Pty Ltd is looking for a dependable HC licensed truck driver to join our team. The role involves transporting kangaroo carcasses between collection points and our processing facility, as well as assisting with loading and unloading. This is not a driving-only job. The successful candidate must be comfortable performing physical labour, including handling and loading kangaroos. What you''ll be doing Driving HC trucks to transport kangaroo carcasses between field depots and processing facilities Assisting with loading and unloading kangaroos from trucks Securing loads safely for transport Ensuring vehicles are kept clean and maintained Completing delivery and transport documentation Following workplace safety and hygiene procedures Assisting with other transport or yard duties when required What we''re looking for Valid HC (Heavy Combination) driver licence Physically strong and capable of performing manual loading work Must be comfortable handling and lifting kangaroo carcasses Relatively tall and physically fit, able to manage heavy loads safely Reliable, punctual and responsible Ability to work independently and follow instructions Previous experience in meat transport or livestock transport is preferred but not essential What we offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Stable long-term work opportunity Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in Australias unique game meat industry
