About the role RHM Building Innovations is seeking a skilled and reliable Labourer to join our growing team in Gleneagle, QLD. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our construction team, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality building projects. This is a full-time position for the right candidate. What you''ll be doing Assisting tradespeople with a variety of construction tasks Preparing and cleaning work sites, including loading and unloading materials Operating basic power tools and equipment safely and effectively Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation on the work site Following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment Collaborating with the construction team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards What we''re looking for Demonstrated experience in a labourer or construction assistant role Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks Familiarity with construction tools and equipment Excellent communication and teamwork skills A commitment to workplace health and safety The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently under supervision Construction white card holder Must hold Australian permanent residency status to be eligible for this role or be a citizen Own transport & drivers license EWP/working at heights tickets highly regarded What we offer At RHM Building Innovations, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
