Disability Support Workers - Deniliquin About Us: Lifestyle Centred Services is an NDIS and TAC registered provider of supports for people with disability and mental health support needs, we provide services for people of all ages and backgrounds with a wide range of abilities and support needs. About the Role: This role is perfect for someone with a person-centred approach who has a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those with physical or intellectual disabilities, who enjoys a challenge and enjoys the rewarding feeling of making a difference in someones life. We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for an adult requiring support within the home involving Personal Care, Community Access and some Domestic Assistance. Shifts available: Monday to Sunday, times to be determined Positions may be available in surrounding suburbs. Pay rate Minimum starting rate is $41.87 per hour, plus allowances for evenings, weekends and public holidays (based on qualifications and experience). Skills and Experience: Experience and/or qualifications in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care or equivalent (students currently studying in these areas, as well as Nursing, Physiotherapy, OT and Paramedicine also encouraged to apply) Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven. Reliable, kind, and caring nature, with good work ethics Well-presented and a professional approach Active with average physical fitness level Positively engage, interact, and work with people who have complex needs.
