Youll sometimes participate in weekend rosters and provide support across multiple sites to meet the needs of both acute and subacute caseloads.The successful applicant will be well supported and have access to supervision and professional development. Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in Speech Pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.2. Demonstrated clinical knowledge, experience and skills in communication and swallowing assessment/management in paediatric and/or adult caseloads. 3. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.4. Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development and commitment to evidence based practice. 5. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in modifying and adapting assessments and interventions to meet the needs of Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Populations.
