The role is responsible for statutory and financial reporting, reconciliations, endofmonth processing, and the administration of key financial systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and integrity of financial data. You will work closely with the external transactional services providers on financial matters to resolve complex financial issues and drive continuous improvement.To learn more about therole,please review theRole Description.We''reLooking For:Accounting Operations:Demonstratedexperience in delivering efficient accounting services, including end of month processing, issue resolution, operational support for the Finance Unit, and participation in special projects.Support the Departments International Trade and Investment offices with processing recoups to the offices overseas bank accounts.Financial Reporting:Provencapability to providesupport for statutory and financial reporting across the Department,TCO,andALT.Financial Systems:Experienced in supporting financial systems including online banking, cashforecastingand support platforms, providing coaching on related processes.Financial Analysis & Assurance:Demonstratedabilityto reviewfinancial reconciliations and reporting prepared byGovConnectNSW, ensuringaccurateissue resolution and service delivery standards.Accounts & Transaction Management:Experience incoordinatingcorporate account management and payments,prepareaccruals, adjustmentjournalsandsupportfinancial information.We value diverse experiences.
