Sunday Canberra Pty Ltd Cook We are currently hiring an experienced Cook for a modern cafe offering fine dining, catering, functions and takeaway facilities. We are looking for a motivated team member to work in our Cafe in ACT. Must be able to work weekends as per requirements. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Food preparation and cooking, plating and presentation. Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies. Innovative in producing new ideas for menu and special occasions. Able to deal with big catering and functions orders. Able to work in a busy environment, including weekends and public holidays. Support the head chef in creating new dishes and food preparation. Train other kitchen staff if required. All other required cook duties. Requirement: 1 year plus Cook experience. Cert III / CertIV in cookery preferred. Teamwork oriented. Excellent communication and organisation skills. High standard of personal hygiene. Work independently without supervision, Work in a fast paced environment.
