With a strong and approachable leadership structure, this is a service where your expertise is valued, your contribution is recognised and your professional growth is actively supported.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Mental Health Rehabilitation Clinician to join our Northwest Community Mental Health Service in a senior capacity.In this role, you will:Undertake comprehensive rehabilitation assessments for consumers with complex mental health needsDeliver individually tailored, evidence-informed interventions that support long-term recoveryCoordinate care across services to ensure safe, seamless and recovery-oriented treatmentProvide specialist rehabilitation consultation and guidance to colleagues and partner servicesCollaboration sits at the heart of this position. Youll work closely with NDIS providers and Community Managed Organisations to ensure consumers have access to appropriate, sustainable supports in the community.As a senior clinician, you will also provide discipline-specific leadership within the team, including advocacy, mentorship and professional supervision for clinicians in your discipline. This is a role that offers both autonomy and meaningful teamwork ideal for someone motivated to influence pathways, strengthen systems and improve outcomes across the service.Youll be supported by an established leadership team including the Rehabilitation Coordinator, Clinical Coordinator, Team Manager, Professional Lead and NENW Service Manager. With integrity, professionalism and leadership capability, you contribute not only to individual outcomes, but to the ongoing development and strength of the broader service.Requirements:Must hold a qualification in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, Counsellor (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental health, Djirruwang Program), which provides eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association / provisional or general registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
