We run weekly training, competitions, and school holiday camps, with an emphasis on professionalism and clear communication across all programs. Role Description This is a casual, non-coaching role based on the Central Coast, NSW, for a Programs Coordinator at Iron Tigers Basketball Club. The Programs Coordinator is responsible for the planning and coordination of the clubs holiday camps. The role focuses on organisation and execution, including: Scheduling camps each school holiday period Coordinating coaches and venue bookings Monitoring registrations and participant numbers Ensuring each camp is organised and ready to run This is a coordination role, not a coaching or program design position. There is also scope for the role to expand over time into broader program coordination as the club grows. Qualifications Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage schedules, people, and logistics Clear and professional communication Experience in coordination, administration, or event support (preferred) Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks Reliable and able to follow through on commitments Availability during school holiday periods is essential.
