Job Description Be the welcoming face of the clinic, creating a positive first impression Manage appointment bookings and maintain an efficient schedule Answer calls and assist patients with enquiries and requests Deliver outstanding patient care and support Assist patients with appointments, correspondence, finances, and reporting Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time Provide admin support to clinicians and senior team members Qualifications Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is required. Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
