Riverton Hospital Wakefield Aged CareRiverton is a historic regional town set among the rolling hills of the Gilbert Valley.Wakefield Aged Care is a 17-bed Residential Aged Care Facility co-located with Riverton Hospital. Snowtown Hospital Lumeah HomeLocated 150 km north of Adelaide, Snowtown is a peaceful agricultural community surrounded by the Barunga Gap and Hummocks Ranges.Lumeah Home has 25 MPS aged care beds co-located with Snowtown Hospital.
