Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in managing adults with acquired swallowing and communication difficulties in a hospital setting, including competency in instrumental assessments (VFSS and/or FEES)2. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students 3. Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process4.
