Obstetrics and Gynaecology Consultant FRANZCOG | Regional referral service with high-risk maternity focus The OpportunityJoin a key regional referral service delivering comprehensive Obstetrics and Gynaecology care across a large Northern NSW catchment. This Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist role offers a strong mix of high-risk obstetrics, gynaecology surgery, and clinical leadership within a service supporting complex pregnancies, multidisciplinary maternity care, and evolving womens health programs. You will contribute to service development, supervision of junior medical staff, and ongoing enhancement of models of care aligned with contemporary FRANZCOG practice. The hospital provides a wide range of surgical and medical services and continues to undergo redevelopment and service expansion, increasing demand for experienced O&G consultants to lead and grow clinical programs. The Requirements Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) or equivalent Hold Specialist Registration with AHPRA Demonstrated experience in high-risk obstetrics and gynaecology surgery Commitment to teaching, supervision, and service development SIMG candidates assessed as substantially comparable are encouraged to enquire *UK CCT holders and candidates in CA Pathway countries seeking the move to Australia are encouraged to enquire today!
