Clerk Grade 9/10 starting at $129,464 + Super & Leave Temporary role up to 2 years Open to all NSW locations - with a focus on regional locations About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Projects, you will lead and contribute to policy and project initiatives that are critical to DPIRDs strategic agenda. Youll collaborate across divisions, coordinate high quality strategic advice, manage projects from design to delivery, and support key governance bodies. This is a dynamic role requiring strong project management, excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex issues in a fast-paced environment. What you will be doing Lead and support high priority strategy, policy and program initiatives aligned to departmental and Ministerial priorities. Provide high quality strategic policy advice to senior leaders, supporting informed and timely decision making. Deliver project management functions including planning, procurement, contract management, monitoring and reporting. Provide secretariat support for boards and committees: develop agendas, coordinate papers, prepare minutes and manage operational logistics. Build strong, productive relationships with internal partners and external agencies to support whole of government approaches to strategic issues. Identify challenges, analyse information, provide solutions, and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. About You You will bring: Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to deliver quality results. Strong understanding of NSW Government and Cabinet processes, NSW Boards and Committees guidelines and legislative frameworks. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly. Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills. Ability to think critically, analyse issues and develop practical solutions. A proactive, motivated and flexible approach to navigating complex priorities. Why Work With Us?
