What skills and experience are we looking for? At least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef working in a similar role Certificate IV or higher in Commercial Cookery (Essential) Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential) A professional attitude to training and upskilling kitchen staff Knowledge in WHS Compliance and strong understanding of food safety and practices A high standard of food preparation, presentation and service A passion for food and an eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills and collaborative work mentality You will be joining a culture where everyone feels valued.
