And yes - there are additional incentives beyond your base wage. What Youll Be Doing Youll manage a training portfolio of approximately 100300 lots while you learn the ropes and grow your skills. Key Responsibilities Implement legislative requirements for Owners Corporations. Ensure compliance with the Unit Titles (Management) Act 2011. Prepare agendas, meeting notices, budgets and minutes. Respond to owners, tenants and property managers enquiries. Liaise confidently with committees, contractors, debt collectors, solicitors, developers, builders and other stakeholders. Attend AGMs, general meetings, committee meetings and ACAT hearings when required. Conduct site visits and perform inspections.
