Key Responsibilities: Direct traffic for works and events using Stop/Slow Bat Implement and monitor traffic management plans Perform vehicle pre-start checks, load/unload signage, and equipment Complete necessary documentation and hazard assessments Report hazards and near misses promptly Maintain safety standards for workers, pedestrians, cyclists, and the public Work closely with team leaders, foremen, and auditors to ensure best practices are followed Skills & Experience: Essential: QLD TC Traffic Control License Highly Desirable: QLD TMI Traffic Management Implementation License Valid drivers license and reliable transport Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts Basic computer skills Strong communication skills with a focus on safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we Offer: Weekly Pay Cycle Career Growth & Development We invest in your skills and success!
